Delivery Information

In stock items are normally shipped within 3 working days by royal mail. Next Working Day delivery is available for UK customers if the order is received by 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Ordering and Payment

Online – Ordering Online with us is safe and secure and we adhere to stringent standards as set out by accredited organisations. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure and we encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

Credit or Debit Card – We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Delta, and Switch. To help protect against misuse of your card, you will be asked to enter your three digit security (CV2) number that can be found on the back of your card, and also the billing address. Please ensure that you enter this information correctly. Please note we do not see your card details. Due to the increase in Internet fraud, we undertake detailed checks that include random telephone number verification and the use of a third party company who monitor all transactions. If you are ordering from overseas, we will contact you to ask some additional security questions, and may in some cases need to obtain further authorisation.
Cheque or Postal Order – You may also order by sending a cheque or Postal Order to Splendid Distribution, 2 Broadwater Lane, Hurst, Berkshire, RG10 0EA. Cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship the order. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then post the form to the address above.

Returns and Refund Policy

Refunds and exchanges are accepted for purchases made directly from PowerBalanceuk.com or at an Authorized Splendid Distribution Event within the United Kingdom. For product purchased at an Authorized Retailer, see refund and exchange rules and regulations as provided by that retailer.

90 Day Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect – If any product is found to be defective within 90 days of purchase, return the product to Splendid Distribution with the proof of purchase, and we will gladly exchange it.
Delivery Issues

In the unlikely event you do not receive products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them; Splendid Distribution Limited shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at sales@sdg-uk.com of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.

Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and Splendid Distribution will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices; otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
